A Dutchess County resident is celebrating a life-changing lottery win after scoring a $2 million Mega Millions prize, officials announced.
Daniel Van Voorhis of Fishkill claimed the prize after matching the first five numbers in the Friday, Jan. 23 drawing, the New York Lottery announced on Tuesday, March 31.
The winning numbers for that drawing were 30, 42, 49, 53, and 66, with a Mega Ball of 4.
