A 20-year-old man from Westchester County has admitted to possessing an image depicting child sexual abuse, prosecutors said.
Scarsdale resident Bora Secmen, 20, pleaded guilty during a court hearing on Tuesday, June 9, to possessing an obscene sexual performance by a child, the Westchester County District Attorney's Office announced on Wednesday, June 10.
According to prosecutors, on July 25, 2025, Secmen had an image depicting the sexual abuse of a child that was captioned with, "You did it... You went lower and lower... There's nowhere else to go from here... Ultimate Pedo."
